2009

Taking over MCE, Linz, Austria.

2008

For the first time in company’s history, the annual turnover amounted over 2 milliard EUR. The employment exceeded 22 000 of workers.

2006

The Rheinhold & Mahla AG changed name onto Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services AG. Transformation of the lambda symbol in each company acting in Europe.

2005

The turnover exceeded 1 milliard EUR, the number of employees increased to over 12 500.

2003

Extraction of the company from the stock market.

2002

Taking over by multi-service group Bilfinger Berger SE, Mannheim. Implementation of the “Solutions for Industrial Services” strategy.

Stock market flotation.

Sale of shares and transformation of the company into stock-offering company.

Taking over by  Bayer AG, Leverkusen.
